What is Pocium?
Pocium is a Danish app studio that develops public Shopify apps. Our apps are available in the Shopify App Store and help merchants run and optimize their stores.
Which apps do you offer?
We have several apps in development and will announce new launches regularly. Stay tuned!
Are your apps only for Danish stores?
No. Our apps are available globally via the Shopify App Store. We are a Danish team, but our apps are used by merchants worldwide. The interface and support are available in Danish and English.
Who is behind Pocium?

How do I install an app?
Find the app in the Shopify App Store, click "Add app" and follow the setup guide. Installation typically takes less than 5 minutes and requires no coding.
Are there free plans?
Yes. All our apps have a free plan with basic features. You can upgrade to a paid plan when you need more.
How does billing work?
Everything is billed through Shopify. When you upgrade to a paid plan, it's charged directly to your Shopify bill. No separate invoicing or credit card setup.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no commitment on any of our plans. You can downgrade to free or uninstall the app directly from Shopify admin.
Do apps work with all Shopify plans?
Yes. Our apps are compatible with all Shopify plans: Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus.

What support do you offer?
We offer email support in Danish and English. Free plans include standard support, while paid plans have prioritized support with faster response times.
What is your response time?
We typically respond within the same business day. Prioritized support on paid plans has shorter response times.
What do I do if an app doesn't work?
Contact us with a description of the problem. We'll help you troubleshoot and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Can I request new features?
Absolutely. We develop our apps based on feedback from merchants. Send us an email with your suggestion and we'll include it in our prioritization.
